  1. Churn is a big problem, especially as your company scales. At some point, you’re going to hit a ceiling in terms of how fast your company can grow into what level it’s going to hit.
  2. It’s much cheaper to retain existing customers as it is opposed to acquiring new ones. That’s why reactivation campaigns are really interesting.
  3. If marketing’s not bringing in the right customers through the door and they’d just acquiring as many as possible, that’s going to create a churn problem. Make sure you’ve positioned your product in the best way possible and that you’re not over-promising and under-delivering.
